This month, we are excited to showcase Amy Sandoval in our Employee Spotlight! Amy is the Director of Nursing Services at Fieldstone Cornell Landing in Portland, Oregon. 

The internet is a great way for people to complete a variety of tasks - shopping, scheduling appointments or reading the latest news. It allows people to connect from across the globe and presents the opportunity to meet people with similar thoughts and interests. Along with all of these positive opportunities the internet offers, there is also the potential for negative experiences such as falling victim to online scams.

This month we are excited to showcase Tonya Smith in our Employee Spotlight! Tonya is the Life Enrichment Assistant at Fieldstone Memory Care Kennewick and has been with us for about two years.

This month we are excited to showcase Zaundra McNamara in our Employee Spotlight! Zaundra has been working at Fieldstone Memory Care for about three years and is the Assistant Director of Nursing, LPN.

To help our residents and family members stay connected with one another, we have introduced LifeLoop into our communities! LifeLoop is a remarkable software program that our families are using to stay in the “loop” with their parent or loved one. It has even been featured in Seniors Housing Business, Midlands Business Journal, and Rise of the Rest.

Fieldstone Communities is proud to showcase Teresa Declquet in this month’s Employee Spotlight! For the past year, Teresa has been the Housekeeping Supervisor Assistant at Fieldstone OrchardWest.

An informal caregiver is an unpaid family member, spouse, neighbor or friend who is actively involved in caring for a loved one’s medical needs and day-to-day tasks. A formal caregiver is a paid worker who assists with the same activities in one’s home or in a care setting such as a senior living community.
