Fieldstone Communities is proud to showcase Teresa Declquet in this month’s Employee Spotlight! For the past year, Teresa has been the Housekeeping Supervisor Assistant at Fieldstone OrchardWest.
Teresa was born in Lemoore, California, but raised in Yakima, Washington. She is a graduate of Davis High School in Yakima. Teresa is married and has three children - two sons ages 27 and 23, and a daughter that is 11. Her family has one cat named Tigress.
When she’s not at work, Teresa loves to spend quality time with her family and friends. She likes working in her garden, singing, doing puzzles and writing calligraphy. Teresa is also a vegan and Jehovah’s Witness. Her top three life values are:

One of her favorite things about working for Fieldstone is getting to know the residents and the residents are so thankful to have her as their housekeeper! Teresa strives to work every day with a smile, make a difference at Fieldstone and ensure residents are satisfied and happy.
