For the second consecutive year, Cascadia Senior Living, parent company of Fieldstone Communities, was awarded the Great Place to Work certification. The award is given to companies who meet or exceed benchmarks for employee satisfaction.
The certification is awarded based on employee experience surveys that gauge employees’ satisfaction in areas such as meaningful work, a welcoming atmosphere, and making a difference in the workplace. Over 80% of employees said Fieldstone Communities is a great place to work, with over 90% of employees finding special meaning in their work.
