One of our newest communities, Fieldstone Memory Care Olympia is excited to introduce our Business Office Manager, Brandy Hardy, in this month’s Employee Spotlight!
Brandy was raised in Olympia, Washington, and attended Puget Sound High School. After high school, Brandy earned an Associate degree in Technical Arts-Paralegal Certificate and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with an emphasis in Legal Studies at The Evergreen State College.
Brandy has two sons, one daughter, and a Giant Schnauzer named Journey (who sometimes pays visits to our community!). Brandy loves adventure of any kind. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and her dog going to the beach, the mountains, or local events. She never has a dull moment in her days!
Brandy is very energetic and is well respected by her whole team who feed off her energy every day. She is reliable, and if she doesn't have an answer for you, she will find one for you. It is not very often that you will see Brandy without a Starbucks in her hand walking the community in the morning (which probably helps her energy levels!).
Brandy has been a part of the Fieldstone Memory Care Olympia team for the last five months. She has experience working in fast-paced, high-volume work environments and producing quality work while maintaining composure. Her composure in times of pressure, high standard of accuracy, and great attention to detail make her a wonderful asset to our team!
Brandy brings to our team solid time management and organizational skills, a team-oriented focus, and she is an exceptional motivator. Brandy is a natural born teacher and mentor who teaches something to one of her teammates every day. She loves being able to be a part of a fantastic team, working for a great company, who supports the family feel of a community.
